There are no stupid Questions

 

Buying stuff is always fun.  It can, however, on occasions, be a little uncomfortable parting with money.  Especially when it’s your first purchase with a new site, brand or company.  We understand that you have loads of questions you want answered before you make this leap. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDERS?

As soon as you have finished your purchase we at LAYPH will start processing your order.  Our aim is to complete your order within 48 hrs and then ship your order to you.  We cannot guarantee shipping times, by our partners, however, the ambition is that your purchase should be with you within 4 working days.


HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?

This part is really simple.  You will have received a free return form that came with your order.  Please use this when posting the shipment back to us.  We pay the shipment of course!

WHEN WILL I RECIEVE MY REFUND?

As soon as we have received the returned goods we will process your payment.  It usually takes 5 working days for the bank to get the money back to you. Should you not have received your money after this time then please contact us on customerisking@layph.com.

 

IS SHIPPING FREE?

Shipping is free within Sweden and the EU.  Should you require shipping to locations outside the EU then other shipping fees may apply.  Please have a look at our Shipping Policy for more detailed information.
